The property can be split into a 2 bed and 3 bed unit each with own access, kitchen, bathrooms etc, making it ideal for two families travelling together. The area around Belturbet is renowned for the quality of its coarse fishing. If you seek peace and tranquillity you can spend your time relaxing in the gallery or sit with a glass of wine on the deck. Wake up to the sun rising over the lake and you can spend your time watching wildlife and boating throughout the day.

The lodge comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Flexible can be put into any bedroom. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The lodge has 4 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The lodge has a sauna.

The lodge has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Well behaved pets are allowed, i.e. guests must ensure that they will not damage furniture. Pets are not allowed upstairs in the house. (There is a bedroom at ground floor level)

The lodge is in a very quiet area. It has a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The lodge is right beside boat hire, fishing, walking.

This property is just as pretty as the pictures on the holiday rentals web site. It is perfectly located for a quiet getaway yet not too far from the local amenities. The interior of the house is very tastefully decorated and the owners were very helpful and quick in replying to any questions we had about leisure facilities etc.The fishing was excellent and was right on your doorstep. I would highly recommend a meal in the Captain's Table Restaurant in Belturbet, the food is excellent and reasonably priced. An added bonus was having a sauna in the house especially when the unpredictable Irish weather decides to change.
