Beautifully restored country cottage, originally built in the 17th century, located on a picturesque farm in the beautiful southeast of Ireland, near ancient towns and villages, wonderful parks, rivers and canals and some of the country's best beaches all within a short drive away. The cottage is near the attractive town of New Ross, which boasts traditional and modern bars, restaurants and shops, and a short drive from Wexford, Waterford and Kilkenny, which all have world class dinng and shopping facilities.
The south east - beauty and culture
The south east is known for its landscape, beaches and green beauty, and is home to some of Ireland's most important historic and archaeological sites. In the summer in particular, there are many important arts festivals in the region, including the Kilkenny Arts Festival, the Clonmel festival and, in the Autumn, Wexford's internationally renowed opera season.
