MELLIEHA – Fully Detached Villa Situated in St. Maria Estate having a surrounding garden. It’s 500 meters away from the main square, shops and restaurants. A market is 5 minutes away from the villa.
When you enter the villa there is a welcoming entrance hall. On the right side there is the main bedroom with en suite bathroom/shower and air condition. A guest toilet with shower. Then the second double bedroom. Next a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining room, leading to a conservatory room with fantastic sea/country/village views. On the left side a large living room with real fire place with cable T.V. leading to a terrace overlooking the pool and enjoying fantastic views. These are on the ground floor level. From the corridor one can go to the 2nd floor where there is a washroom with whole roof enjoying the night away and see the sun set going down. On the -1 level there are the other 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and air condition, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and en suite shower and another bedroom with 2 single bedroom. There is a games room with a billiard table. There is a living area with air condition which leads to the pool and to deck area. The pool is meters by meters and deep. The pool is with a Jacuzzi as well. Please take care when you are swimming in the pool. No diving. On the deck are a there are 8 sun beds a bar-be-que, and table with chairs. There is also a spare toilet with shower.

Then for the other 4 persons there are 2 other rooms that we can put beds but these cant be private rooms.
Or in the sitting room we have a sofa bed. If you have children we can move the beds.
Just tell us how many persons, you are going to be adults and children. 

Car hire and airport transfer are available on request

We need 450 Euro for breakage deposit.this must be paid on arrival.
The breakage will be given back to you before you leave the villa if not any damage had been done and leave it clean as you had find it. 

Smoking is NOT permitted in the bedrooms and in the Living Room

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Sitting room. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, mountain biking, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, golf, tennis, a sports center, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
