There, you will find everithing you can think of: shops, bank, post-office, hospital, museums, teatre. The apartments is 10 minutes from top centre of the city, Diocletian palace, harbour, bus, train station and avio-terminal.

 

The forte of this apartment is its beautiful surroundings - 140 m2 of the carefully planned and designed Mediterranean garden with cozy resting spots to enjoy every corner of it, sunbathing in the sun or having a sip of your favorite drink sprawling on a lounge chair in the shadow or dining al fresco.

Split is one of the sunniest towns in Europe. Roman emperor Diocletian choose this site for his home 1700 years ago and built his residence right by the sea. During turbulent history town of Split grew in and around the palace.Today, his palace is among most important world heritage monuments.
Split is the town of Mediterranean character visible on every step trough the walk along the water front promenade – Riva, Park Forest Marjan, narrow streets in or around the palace but mostly in encounter with its temperament people. Amongst them there are many successful, wide world famous sport men, holders of many olimpic medals: Goran Ivanisevic, Toni Kukoc, Dino Rada, Mario Ancic, Deni Lusic, Skelin brothers etc.
Cultural and night life offer is especially rich during the summer season. That is the time when traditional Split summer festival and many folklore events and folk fests are being held.
 

Apartment has private garden of 140 m2 with garden furniture, outdoor shower, BBQ, sitting area, small pond, beautiful flowers. Apartment has private garage for car.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 single, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the in living room, 2 double bunk beds located in the in bedroom. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

suzie says: "The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean and had a fabulous garden which was perfect for dining, reading and playing cards. It was a wonderful feature and I would recommend the apartment highly. It was close to restaurants, supermarkets and the lovely local beaches. The owners were very helpful and charming. However, it was a 20/30 minute walk to the centre of town which was quite wearisome in the heat. The apartment only lacked an iron and , more importantly, space to hang clothes in the downstairs bedroom..we had to keep most of our stuff in the suitcase which wasnt ideal. On the whole, though we had a wonderful time here and would stay here again!"
