The villa is beautifully situated overlooking Runaway Bay golf course and the sea.

Guests can take a five minute stroll across the course down to the sea.

Walk along the beach to relax under the almond trees and enjoy the tranquility of your own private residents beach at Tropical Spice.

Tastefully decorated with exotic tropical plants and orchids, and having recently been refurbished throughout, the villa offers four-bedroom luxury five star living accommodation. The villa is built in a horseshoe shape around a large oval shaped private swimming pool.
The bedrooms open out onto the veranda through double tinted glass sliding doors surrounding the pool.

All the bedrooms have their own adjoining luxury en-suite dressing room and onyx bathroom. There are king size beds with new therapeutic mattresses (very comfortable!) in all the bedrooms with an extra two twin beds available upon request. All the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, high speed wireless internet and 32 inch LCD televisions offering up to 600 channels of Satellite TV.

he living room is equiped with two three-seat settee’s two arm chairs Satelitte TV with more than 600 channels and a 47" Cinema plasma Screen DVD CD dining table + six chairs. There are tinted patio galss sliding doors opening out onto the veranda surrounding the pool

The linen cupboard is fully stocked with bed linen towels and beach towels.

The living room, kitchen and three of the bedrooms all open out onto the covered veranda that sweeps in a horseshoe shape around the pool. To the right of the villa by the pool is a spiral staircase leading to a private patio and fourth bedroom.

The pool is in the centre of the villa and holds approximately 23,000 gallons of water with steps leading to the shallow end and a deep end suitable for diving. The pool has been relined with diamond brite and fitted with a new autopilot purifying system - so no more choline folks!! The pool is now environmentally friendly!!

There are six sun lounge chairs around the far side of the pool and comfortable seating on the veranda enough for up to 25 people comprising of one three seat settee two double seat settee four lounge chairs, four- arm chairs eight dining chairs + table and five coffee tables.

The kitchen and two wash rooms are equipped to cater for large groups, with fridge kettle toaster microwave blender mixer, glass, crockery, cutlery etc and 2 washing machines. The washroom opens through double doors onto the back yard and a there is a path leading to the front garden that leads through a garden gate to the 17th fairway of Runaway Bay golf course and the sea.

The Studio apartment is situated to the rear of the property with its own private access, and has been tastefully built open plan with a wood finish. The studio apartment is self-contained with its own kitchen and bar area, equipped with a 6 burner imperial range cooker.

Up the stairs is a private sleeping platform areas with a Queen sized bed. The studio is air-conditioned and has high speed wireless internet service and 32" flat screen TV with satellite and cable

The apartment also has a private veranda overlooking the gardens and sea.




 

Runaway Bay beach is a beautiful sandy beach that stretches the whole length of the bay, with a reef ideal for snorkelling and diving and safe swimming.


Here there is a restaurant called Flavors offering a selection of Jamaican cuisine with a few tables overlooking the ocean. There is also a stage for Friday and Saturday night live reggae sounds, and a Club Jamaica Jamaica with reggae sounds a short distance away.

Further down the beach is our private residents sandy beach and bar.

The beach is lined with magnificent almond trees offering shade from the sun.

Sun chairs are also available for JD200 per day, and there is a bar and restaurant part of the “Tropical Spice” of Jamaica

There is a pier for fishing and diving, and a meeting point to liason with the horseman to go riding

The resident’s beach is next to Breezes Hotel offering a whole range of water sports activities

The villa opens out onto Breezes Championship golf course.
 

Our cleaner is called Paulette and she is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and Monica is ready anytime to cook delicious Jamaican cuisine. Our caretaker is called Patrick and he is responsible for pool maintenance, security, villa and garden maintenance. We also have Chiney who is our night watchman.

Guests need to provide their own food, and staff here can help with the shopping when required. We have access to fresh fish, seafood, and organically grown fruit and vegetables and meat coming direct from local farmers. There is also a car available for local shopping, and transportation can be arranged for small and large groups to go on excursions around the island.

The villa and studio is very private and our friendly, experienced staff will cater for your needs without intruding on your holiday.

Even before you arrive feel free to make any special requests so that prior arrangements can be made to ensure your vacation is comfortable and enjoyable.

 

We do have a little car and driver available at no extra cost except to provide fuel and to tip the driver. The car is available for local use only for guests to stock up on food supplies etc. We also have a car and/or mini bus for hire for excursions around the island

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 5 double and 1 cots, 5 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds. This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
