This beautiful villa is only a short drive to all the major theme parksin the area, It is less than 15 minutes to Magic KIngdom and the thrill of Mickey and Minnie and friends. There are numerous resaurants,shops and very good golf courses in the area. The retail outlets are only 20 minutes away to snatch up some of the wonderful bargains that are to had in Orlando and there are more opening all the time. The villa itself is a true home from home with everything you will need to have a superb holiday. It is fully air conditioned and there are also fans in all the rooms. It has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer,cooker,dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery provided.
In the utility room there is a washer and a dryer.
The bedrooms all have tv/ dvd players.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed,an en suite with a huge walk in shower,large bath, 2 washbasins and a seperate W.C, cubicle.
The second bedroom is a queen size bed and is directly opposite the 2nd bathroom which also opens out to the pool area.
There are 2 twin rooms which share the 3rd bathroom
The pool has an extended deck area and a hot tub
The games room has a slate bed pool table,an air hockey table and twin basketball net 

The deck is extended to give everyone plenty of space. There is also a hot tub there. 

There are two travel cribs,high chair,baby bath,baby play mat,sterilising unit. All FREE OF CHARGE. There is also a Playstation 2 console with 2 controllers and several games,tennis raquets,volleyball etc. 2 fishing rods.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Family Room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Lake Louisa State Park is only 10 minutes away. You can swim,hike,birdwatch picnic,fish,canoe

Stayed at this lovely villa june2008 with my husband,daughter,son,daughter in law and grandchild and we found it perfect for all ages.
The villa location was great,in a nice quiet area with local shops minutes away.Theme parks,outlet shopping,malls,state parks and lakes within 30minutes easy drive.
It was great that all attractions were not far to drive as the villa was a holiday in itself.When we went out we always looked forward to returning to the villa for a relaxing swim,reading a book by the pool under the large lanai,eating a meal inside or outside and then some of us would spend some time in the games room.
A great holiday at Blossomhill Haven ,i look forward to returning and would recommend it to anyone.My other daughter who was not with us in June hopes to go with her family in the winter of this year-hope they invite me
