This is a real "home from home" Tenerife rental property which has retained many of its original features.

The living room is well presented and very cosy. There is satellite TV and a DVD player. From here you look out through the pato doors, to the lovely garden. The kitchen is slightly raised up from the living area and looks out over the lounge to the front gardens. Between the kitchen and the lounge there is a dining area with table and 6 chairs.

The main bedroom is very spacious and has twin beds, a sitting area, wardrobes and chest of drawers.

The 2nd bedroom area, has a double bed / sofa bed. It is separate from the living area by a curtain.

The front lawn is kept immaculately by the gardeners and provides a nice quiet and private area for sunbathing. 4 sun beds are provided for your to stretch out in the sun. A terraced area houses a patio table and chairs.

The pool is within a couple of hundred yards of the front garden. This is a stunning sea front location with a childs and adult pool. The pool can only be accessed by residents of the villas and entry is with a swipe card - therefore it remains very quiet.

 

Lounge & Kitchen: The living room is very comfortable and well furnished with two sofas,(one sofa bed), coffee table, reading lamp, display cabinets, satellite TV, ceiling Fans. Patio doors open up to the the terrace and gardens.

Dining Area / Kitchen : In a raised area above the living room,the dining area has a table and 6 chairs. The new kitchen is well equipped. Youll find a full size oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster.


Bedrooms: Beyond the kitchen area is the main bedrooms with twin beds, sitting area, wardrobe, chest of drawers, ceiling fans, bedside tables and lamps.

The 2nd bed area is separate from the living quarters by a curtain. It provides a double bed sofa.

Bathroom: Twin basins, WC, bidet and shower. Washing machine.

Villa Grounds: There is a lovely front terrace and garden with partial sea views

Location: 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car).

Beverages /Linen Change: A welcome pack can be provided. Towels and linen change weekly.


 

The villa provides a very peaceful setting and its hard to believe that the resort centre is just a 2 minute walk around the corner!

Here you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more!

A lovely sea front walk takes you to the new marina in Golf Del Sur where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.
 

The Villa has a lovely private front Garden. There is an outside dining table and chairs for eating al fresco.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
