Pairc Na Láir house is situated 1½ miles from Miltown Malbay on the Lachinch road. At the end of a private road it boasts 180degree sea views in a secluded location. It is a short drive to the nearby blue flag White Strand beach and 10 minutes from the renowned seaside resort of Lahinch. Lahinch which has long been known for its famous links golf course is also the premier location for surfing in the west of Ireland. For the golfers the Greg Norman designed course at Doonbeg is less than ½ hour drive. White Strand beach is a favourite amongst locals and a fantastic beach for children. During the summer holidays there are many organised activities held here. Other beaches in the area include the well known Spanish Point beach. Take a drive to see the famous Cliffs of Moher or for an alternative day out catch a boat from Doolin and view the cliffs from the sea or visit the Aran Islands. Pairc Na Lair house is a modern house with three bedrooms all Ensuite, a large open plan living area which comprises of Kitchen, Dining Room and Sitting Room. It has a satellite TV in the sitting room with SKY Plus and a DVD player. There is also a radio and CD player.
Bedroom 1 is located on the 1st floor and has a superking size bed, walk in wardrobe and Ensuite with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. It has views over the nearby white strand. It also has a 14" TV with build in DVD player.
Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor and has a double bed. The Ensuite has a “wet room” type shower.
Bedroom 3 on the first floor has twin bedrooms and an Ensuite with shower.
Externally there is a wooden deck and Patio barbecue area with seating for eight.

There are many excellent restaurants locally to cater for all tastes we personally recommend the nearby “Black Oak” restaurant which is only 5 minutes away. you do need to book well in advance to guarantee a table however. The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.

The house is right beside cycling.

Within easy reach of the house you will find climbing, horse riding.
