We are within easy walking distance of Burgau village, with its fisherman's cottages, beautiful sandy beach and cobbled streets where you will find many delightful shops, restaurants and bars. Just 10kms away from the nearest town of Lagos which boasts more local shops, bars and restaurants as well as a fantastic Marina, Cinema and Theatre.

For the golf enthusiast, we are within easy reach of two championship golf courses, Parque Da Floesta and Boavista. Burgau is just a one hour drive from Faro Airport (100kms).

We have five ground floor apartments which all consist of a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, sitting/dining room, all electric kitchen and bathroom. Each apartment has its own shaded patio area overlooking a magnificent 40ft swimming pool, with sea views and Burgau village beyond. There is also a poolside barbeque and children's play area, surrounded by fantastic views of open countryside. At the top of the driveway, there is ample parking for several cars. Maid service is twice a week.

The patio has a washing line, table, chairs, sun umbrella and sunbeds.

We have a poolside Barbeque with shaded seating area which is available for all our guests to use.

Our communal swimming pool is for all five apartments with a large terrace for sunbathing and relaxing.
 

The children's play area is very safe, fully fenced with steps leading down to it from the main pool area. We have swings, a paddling pool, climbing frame and sunbeds for parents. 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed, 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.
