the area is in the top area of menorca, and a very desirable area to live and holiday. a car is a must even though you can walk to the local supermarket, however the walk back is a killer as it is up hill. i would not recomend the villa for people with teenagers who are looking for night life as they would have to taxi everywhere. the situation is ver relaxing and you can lie all day round the pool or go out and investigate the whole of menorca. the island is beuatiful and totally unspilt. i would recomend taking a boat trip as to see the island from the sea is fantastc. the bars and shops on the port are excellent. we supply a full list of recomened places to eat and visit, too many to write here.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the lounge area. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

we have no steps except one into the front of the house the whole plot is flat although some areas will be difficult for wheel chair acess due to pebbles on ground 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, cycling, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, a zoo.

mark says: "We met the owners who were staying at the property as we were already in Menorca and we just wanted a villa for an extra 3 nights and they showed us around. They were very friendly. They went home on the Wednesday and we moved on the Friday. The villa has an above ground pool which is actually a very good size but there is no shade and no umbrellas. We had to eat lunch inside as the outside table had no shade at all. The villa is a home to the owners and as such is full of their belongings even dressing gowns on the bedroom door and jewellery attached to the four poster bed! The drawers are full! We didnt mind not unpacking as we were only there for a short time but it would be a pain if we had turned up for 2 weeks. The fridge was full of the owners food and so were the cupboards. The sitting room has a separate entrance and is made of wood and glass. Boiling! The kids room is built of wood and hot too! There is 1 fan and an air conditioning unit in the main bedroom. The roof terrace is lovely and great to sit on at night with comfortable seats and great views. The garden is large consisting of a patio and pebbled areas and hundreds of nick-nacks! Overall this is obviously a precious home to the owners but it is not empty enough to be let out. We have rented many villas and the owners usually put their things away! It was fine for a quick stay but would be disappointing for any longer."
