Casa Delfin is a large ,comfortable,well furnished self contained apartment, built under the main villa. The apartment offers accommodation for 6 (including a bed settee).From the secure driveway you go to a terrace which leads through patio doors to the lounge dining room. This comfortable room easily seats 6 people and contains TV with satellite connection, DVD and stereo.
The brand new fitted kitchen has everything you need for providing meals inside or outside the apartment.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ample storage and patio doors leading to the back terrace.. It looks out onto the large pool and the spectacular views, which were what attracted us to this house over any of the others we saw in the area.
Bedroom 2 has a view of the garden and pool and has twin beds.
There is a large family shower room.
Outside there is a beautifully landscaped and lit garden ,10mx5m pool with Roman steps and internal lighting, barbecue, washing machine and fridge.
The apartment with its excellent facilities and valley and hill views provides a relaxing and peaceful base for active or restful holidays.
 

Moraira is a picturesque fishing town with a lively marina, unspoilt by tourism. The centre is modern with a magnificent array of elegant shops to satisfy any demands. There is a large market every Friday.The area has good facilities and easy road access.Alicante and Valencia airports are about1 hours drive away.
Moraira is set into terraced hillsides and is approached through vineyards and orange groves. The coastline extends for 8 kilometres with fine sandy beaches and rocky inlets, all display the blue flag of cleanliness. There are areas of cliffs with magnificent views of the landscape.
It is close to larger resorts of Javea, Denia, Calpe and Benidorm. 

There are numerous cafes,bars and restaurants within a 3 minute drive. Nearby are many sporting facilities such as jet skiing,scuba diving, sailing,swimming,walking, go-karting,tennis, bowls and golf. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Terra Natura are about 30 minutes drive away.
If you enjoy a relaxing holiday,chilling out by the pool, then this is the perfect place for you. A totally undisturbed and secluded garden awaits you. A trip to the blue flag beaches for a change is within walking distance or a short drive.
For the person who enjoys sporting activities you can find plenty to occupy your time.

The apartment is very comfortable and ,whilst having modern facilities, retains a Spanish feel, with features such as traditional Spanish doors. The rooms are large and cool in summer and warm in winter. The air conditioning in the living room and the fans in the bedrooms are usually needed infrequently. There is a washing machine provided.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
