This lovely rural villa is situated on a plot of 800m2 and just 1.5 kilometres from the beaches of Nerja. Its landscaped gardens offer views to both the sea and the mountains.
Inside the property
The villa is equipped for a maximum of six people and has three bedrooms: one room with double bed and two rooms with twin beds. There are two bathrooms: with bath tubs with overhead showers, WC, bidet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven with vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and ample storage. The lounge/dining room provides comfortable accommodation with television and satellite TV. The fireplace provides warmth to the property making it an ideal choice in the cooler months of the year.
Exteriorly the villa boasts a good sized pool (8.m x 4m). The gardens are meticulously kept and the lawns are a welcome advantage for families with small children. Six sun loungers are provided, covered porch area with table and chairs, BBQ area and private parking. Fantastic views to both the sea and mountains.
