Situated on Orada hill overlooking the sea and Marina , this brand new complex only completed in 2008 has been finished to a very high standard , and is the ultimate in self catering accomodation .

In around 10 minutes you can walk to the Marina , or stroll down through the white washed streets to the beach and the old town of Albufeira, which is a vibrant hub of restaurants, live music bars, interesting shops , street stalls musicians and entertainers . During the season there are nightly free live music shows in the main square.

Even though the main resort is only 10 minutes away the complex is in a quiet location away from any noisy bars . There is a bus stop nearby for various places around the town ,and you are minutes driving to many more beaches , golf courses ,water park , Algarve shopping center etc . 

The Algarve is famous for its golf courses. Just 5 minutes away is Salgados golf course, also close by are Balaia and Pine Cliffs and within 20 minutes are the 6 championship courses of Villamoura .Other good courses like Quinta do Lago , S Lorenzo and Vale do Lobo or Villa Sol are just an easy half hours drive away .
There are over 30 golf courses along the Algarve making it a mecca for the golfing enthusiast . Many famous people have villas along the Algarve , you might find yourself having a round with Michael Owen or Gary Lineker !

The Bedroom has 2 large single beds( can be joined together ) and wall to ceiling wardrobes .The Kitchen/Diner is fully equiped has dining for 4 people , Microwave , Washing Machine , large Fridge Freezer , Oven,Hob and Dishwasher.The Lounge has 2 large sofa beds , tv and dvd player and radio .
All rooms lead out to a long balcony with a table and 4 chairs .
The view is of the gardens and pool and to the right of the sea and the new Marina complex . There is a bus stop nearby, and taxis are inexpensive . 

Fully equipped new kichen with granite work tops, large fridge freezer ,microwave , dishwasher , washing machine , oven hob .The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and shower . The lounge has 2 large sofa beds and leads on to the south facing balcony .The bedroom has 2 single beds ( can be joined together ) and plenty of storage . There is a private underground car park and a lift up to the apartment . 2 swimming pools with a waterfall feature , and a tennis court.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
