This is a single storey house and is somewhere to relax in a peaceful setting surrounded by pine trees. In the early evening, the views of the mountains are stunning.This is in an area of real Spain where the locals speak Valenciana so you may need to learn a few words of Spanish before you go. 

The house is on a 3500m plot. The pool (14ft x 20ft plus steps area) has to be fenced off by law in this area of Spain so you have no worries about your little ones falling in if you keep the gate closed. There are some pool toys and bathing areas and next year we hope there will be another dining area with outdoor kitchen. There are areas of gardens and patios and lots of different fruit trees, grapes, peaches, lemons, pomegranate, almonds, plums etc etc. so depending on the time of year, you shouldnt go hungry. There may even be vegetables in the huerta (allotment)! 

Spain seems to have one long fiesta and here is no different. The Moors and Christains in the 1st week of September is always worth seeing, as are the Easter parades. There are ferias regularly and from the house you can see and hear the firework displays of all the surrounding towns. Dont forget the Tomatina in August and the bull run in July. It is only a small one locally but there are many larger ones near by. Las Fallas in Valencia is not to be missed in March and there are many smaller ones of these near by. Valencia now hosts the Grand Prix !
 

3 bedrooms - 1double with en-suite shower room, another double and 1 single. House bathroom with shower only, no bath. Fitted kitchen, living room with open fire (very cosy in winter!) dining area. The living area has air-conditioning and the bedrooms have fans. (The tap water is drinkable). Large covered terrace with another dining table and coffee table with chairs. Outside, pool with sunbathing areas and sunbeds, pond, paellero, BBQ, bread oven, patios. 3000m sq plot with fruit trees and gardens. Pine woods on 2 sides, apricot farm and house in front and the drive to the other side. Stunning evening views of the mountains. Other houses dotted about, mostly owned as weekend homes by the local Spaniards. This is "Real Spain" so there is very little English spoken but the locals are very friendly and helpful. A car is essential.

The country house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The country house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the country house cool.

The country house has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking country house

The country house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The country house is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the country house you will find climbing, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the country house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, golf, scuba diving, a museum, a zoo.

Cycling & walking on site but bikes are not provided.

Valencia - City of Science. Terra Mitica - Benidorm - 60 minutes. Valencia now hosts the Grand Prix.
