The property is ideally situated between the white painted picturesque village of Mijas and the lively town of Fuengirola, where there is everything that all members of the family can enjoy. There are many,many restaurants from all countries of the world. Night clubs ,theatre ,cinema and very good shopping fascilities. Also there are over 30 Golf Courses within 15 to 45 minutes away. The beaches are within minutes with all fascilities .For the historically interested people there are many sites within 1 hours drive. 

 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the apartment. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
