The villa has been built to the highest standard, with marble flooring throughout and every mod con you would expect from a 5 star property of this calibre.

The villa is fully air-conditioned for the hot summer months and also benefits from gas central heating for the cooler winter months.
The kitchen is fully fitted including a dishwasher and Bosch American style fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser (no more need for storing bottled water). Adjacent to this is a utility area with washer and dryer.

The open plan living and dining area with its twenty foot vaulted ceiling and feature cathedral windows creates a cool spacious atmosphere, which continues through the three sets of french doors opening out to the private pool and terrace.

The property has been tastefully furnished to include two quality leather settees, a solid wood dining table with six chairs and matching coffee table. Also for your entertainment a 37" LCD TV with cable channels and DVD/CD player.
Our villa has been finished with all the personal touches to make it feel like home from the moment you enter.

The spacious master bedroom with its beamed ceiling and french doors accessing the pool, is further enhanced with a luxury marble tiled ensuite. This includes a jacuzzi spa bath and shower, duel sinks, wc and bidet.
There is a large walk in shower in the second bathroom with wc and bidet.
There are 2 further double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes.

The private pool terrace has a large bathing area, and is furnished with a table with 6 chairs beneath the pergola.
Sun loungers area available, and there is a furnished, covered BBQ area.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
