Apartment 468 is brilliantly situated with lovely views from the living room, bedroom and balcony over the pool to the sea. For this sun lovers this is ideal as HUGE double balcony is south facing and benefits from an abundance of sun.

Internally the apartment is really spacious and particularly well maintained. As soon as you walk in you will get the "wow factor". Not only is the apartment beautifully furnished but the gorgeous sea views roll out in front of you. From the living room and the main bedroom lie the HUGE double baclony that has a variety of patio furnite, sofas and sun beds. From here you can stretch out all day, enjoying the Tenerife sunshine and sea views, whilst watching the world go by!

This apartment is looked after by a local Property Management company who have staff nearby. Their contact details will be sent to you when you book and are also in the apartment. Many people book these apartments, reassured in the knowledge that they are always on hand should you require them.

They also provide a taxi meet and greet service from the airport and supply car hire. Please enquire about rates when you book.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
