This traditional Spanish villa is located on the immediate outskirts of the pretty village of Lora de Estepa in a quiet residencial area, yet close to all amenities and transport.Ideally situated for exploring Andalucia. The villa is fronted by a lovely arched porch which overlooks the garden and pool area, a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.. The friendly village of Lora de Estepa is a very short walk where you will find several traditional Spanish Tapas bars and restaurants. 

The villa comprises of three bedrooms, two of which have built in wardrobes, a lounge with fireplace and an open plan rustic style kitchen and larder, plus an interior family bathroom with a second shower and toilet for the pool and garden.. 

The villa is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful region of Andalucia, with Seville Granada and Malaga all within an hours or so drive. The beaches of the Costa Del Sol are also within an hours drive.There is an 18 hole golf course in Antequera. The Laguna at Fuente de Piedra is only 20 minutes away where you can see one of the largest breeding colonies of flamingos.The larger town of Estepa is only 10 minutes drive where there are many restaurants and shops. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Twin room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Jo says: "Fantastic little Villa in quiet and pretty village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend the property for people who fancy a less touristy holiday. Lora de Estepa centre is about a 5 minute walk away and contains several local bars, tapas bars and restaurants although nothing opens till late (the Spanish seem to eat dinner at about 10pm) and even once open its easy to walk past a bar or restaurant not realising theyre there! If you wander round the streets you will find the bigger restaurants, there are at least 3 within about a 15 minute walk. No-one really speaks English and not many menus are translated, but we didnt find it a problem as the locals all seemed very nice and you can make youself understood with a bit of finger pointing/arm waving. All good fun :) The local food was fantastic, the drinks even better and the facilities were perfectly adequate (possibly more basic than some plush vilas - it doesnt have a/c but then its reasonably priced so you get what you pay for) The villa itself was very clean, as was the pool, its not overlooked and so peaceful. There isnt much to look at/do in Lora de Estepa so Id definitely recommend a car unless youre quite happy lounging round your private pool (which we were). All in all we had a lovely romantic getaway and would definitely recommend it. p.s. we arrived on a Bank Holiday so all the shops were shut but our lovely hosts had provided the essentials."
