About the apartment
The cleaning is done once a month, and you will previously know the date and the time. It includes bed clothes and change of towels. If you want, additional cleaning could be done. Our main policies are 3. Remember we want to ensure that you stay in a safe, clean and quiet place. Apartment sublet, pets and parties are not allowed.
About the deposit
The amount is $200 for every apartment, and it is completely returned at the end of the lease if anything on the apartment has not been damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
