The villa is on two floors with the roof forming a large sun terrace. The ground floor comprises a kitchen, a bathroom and a lounge/diner. The lounge diner has french windows leading onto the front garden/terrace which faces west for those pleasant evenings sitting in the sun. On the first floor there is the master bedroom, a twin bedded room and the family bathroom. The bedrooms each have french windows leading out onto a balcony. There are stairs from the first floor to the roof sun terrace for all day sun bathing.
For your comfort the villa has air conditioning and heating throughout. 

 

 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The resort is on the level with no steps. However, the villa itself is on three floors with the bedrooms on the first and a large sun terrace on the second. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Robert says: "This property is located in a relatively mature gated "urbanization" just a short walk from the town of Garrucha. It is located in a traffic free zone and this would make it ideal for young families. There is a nearby bus service connecting to Garrucha and Mojacar Playa. The location was mostly quiet during our visit at the end of May. The property itself is situated on three levels including the roof terrace. It is well equipped and comfortable. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom and a shower room. The lounge is a good size and the attached kitchen is particularly well equipped. The front of the property has a small partly-grassed and semi private patio area, with a wind down awning, good for alfresco meals. There is a meet and greet service on arrival when the keys are offered and a tour of the property is offered. There are cheaper rentals out there, but this one still represents good value and is recommended. "
