apartment recently re-decorated, on 1st floor this being the top one, with new kitchen, consists of twin beds and double bed settee, large tv with english channels, dvd player, cd/radio cassette, balcony overlooking pool, separate bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, bidet and sink. Situated in the torviscas area of las americas, 5 min walk to lovely Fanabe beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The complex consists of low level apartments it has 5 pools 3 of which interconnect with toboggans, on site poolbar and restaurant. This is a mainly residential complex. which has under gone recent refurbishment and this is still ongoing. Plenty of shopping in the area with a new shopping complex just over the motorway complete with cinema. The waterpark is a 15 min walk away or you can get the free bus, also Siam Park has a free bus that picks you up on the bottom road of the complex. All main attractions are within easy reach as is the lovely harbour at Puerto Colon which will take you approx 5 mins to walk to. All the golf courses are all within easy reach too. 

the new Siam Waterpark is a 20min walk away or you can get a free bus at the bottom of the complex across the road as you can with most of the attractions in tenerife. Engish Tv consists of bbc1 and 2, ITV, channel 4 and 5, film 4 and another english film channel and 2 english sports channels (please note sometimes the channels disappear this can be due to bad weather on Gomera or because they are actually transitted illegally) For the children down on the front at Fanabe there are some floating water playareas, you can play crazy golf, go on the trampoleens, or you can hire a family sized bike that fits 6 on and can explore all down the front.  

for all you surfers out there, there is a fantastic area of surf just past the main area of las americas, where you will find a surf school and can hire all the equipment you need.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the studio room with the beds. This gives room for up to 3 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 3 in the living room and 3 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing balcony, interesting views, a tennis court.

Carol says: "This was excellent for my purpose - a reasonably priced apartment for a week chilling in the sun. Restaurants and bars close to hand and a safe environment. I did not have any further expectations from the holiday. Howver, if you are looking for a plush apartment this would not suit. The furniture is very flimsy, the CD did not work and the DVD would not play. Some of the English channels on TV did not work. No wine glasses were provided - extremely basic but suited my purposes. Expensive taxi ride £25 each way. Pkus charged to use the sunbeds around the pool. Lots of stray cats around. "

Glad you enjoyed your stay, sorry that some things werent up to your expectations, the apartment is not advertised as plush, not quite sure which furniture is flimsy, most of it is solid pine. Guest informed the cd didnt work and I was unaware the dvd didnt play, it worked for previous clients, the English tv channels are out of my hands Im afraid, as most places in tenerife will tell you, they disappear this is down to either bad weather on Gomera or because the channels are actually illegally transmitted to the canary islands, and they get taken off. Confused as to why the apartment is extremely basic, most things provided, feedback as to what else is needed would be appreciated. Taxi fares and sunbeds out of my hands, and the cats are being addressed.
