Exceptionally spacious 2 bedroom single story house in Cheltenham
Visiting family or friends in the Bayside area? Or just planning a holiday and wanting to have a home away from home.
Our property is located in Cheltenham and is a short walk to Cheltenham or Mentone shops and train stations. Melbourne CBD is only 25 minutes away and the beach is less than a 5 minute drive and you could be in the wineries of the Mornington Peninsula in just over an hour. A perfect location for those relocating or visiting.
Our single storey house compromises polished floorboards throughout and has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed which can split into two singles ,the other with two single beds. There is also a fully equipped kitchen ,separate dining room for six and a lounge with a two seater and three seater couch which converts to a double fold out bed. As well as this there is a newly renovated bathroom with shower and bath and the second bedroom has its own separate toilet. Outside is a large private courtyard with outdoor furniture. There is also a fully equipped laundry and carport. The house has air conditioning and ducted heating. All linen, towels and doona's are provided.Just a perfect place for those extended stays.
A portable cot and high chair are available on request.
Weekly service included on stays of 7 days and over.

We really enjoyed our stay, the landlords provided an outstanding service, the house was clean, highly presented, and was a first class place to stay, not to mention having a cake in the fridge left for us. We really look forward to staying again.

Clean, spacious and close to all amenities. Ten minute stroll to train. Very close to Southlands and DFO. Great cafes, restaurants & hotels in walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay.
