The Royal Cabo Negro Golf course is a 5 minute drive away and the beach is a 10 minute walk away. Transport from Tangiers Airport or Ferry terminal as well as Ceuta Ferry port to apartment and back can be arranged if required.
 

The Airport at Tangiers has undergone significant improvements with a brand new terminal opened to accept more international flights.
EASYJET and RYANAIR aswell as ATLAS BLUE, Royal Air Maroc and Iberia are all flying in to Tangier directly or via easy connections (Madrid, Paris, Marseille) from the UK.

Currently myself I regularly use London Luton - Madrid, Madrid - Tangier with EASYJET. Very straight forward and good value for money. Cheaper then flying direct. Easyjet from Gatwick to Gibraltar, or Gatwick - Madrid, Madrid - Tangier is also very good value.

I recommend car hire and this is easily available from Tangier airport and is pre-bookable over the internet.

Transfer time from Tangier Airport is approximately 1 hour.
 

Mirador Golf is situated away from the main Ceuta to Tetouan costal road. It is set away peacefully on the south side of Cabo Negro point.

Within walking distance of the apartment is local restaurants and also horse riding stables where you can go for treks along the beach or amongst the hills.

The local beach is a 15 minute walk where you will find a gently shelving sandy beach which on occasion you can find to yourselves.

The Marjane supermarket is just 10 minutes drive down the road for your main food shopping.
This has other small shops inside and a nice coffee shop to relax after your food shopping is done.
A five minute drive takes you to the Royal Cabo Negro Golf Course. This is a excellent Parkland/Links course which provides a challenge to novices and advanced alike.

A 10 minute drive takes you to the recently built Smir Water Park which is fun for all the family and also has a fun fair for the evening.

A little further along the road is Marina Smir which has an abundance of restaurants and offers excursions for fishing, dolphin viewing, and scuba diving. 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
