Villa Sidi-Bou is located near Castellammare del Golfo and overhangs the reefs of Cala Bianca (White Cove), named from the white colour of the rock. The distance from the Palermo International Airport is about 40 km, app. 3 km. from the centre of Scopello village, antique Cetaria known as big tuna’s production centre and nowadays famous with its crystal waters and characteristic cliffs, and app. 3 km. from the Nature Reserve Park Zingaro, with its invaluable flora and fauna.
The Villa is organized on ground level. There is a living room surrounded by two verandas. The bedrooms are distributed as follows: one double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one triple bedroom with bunk beds and one single bed and a bedroom with French bed. There is another bathroom with tub and shower and washing machine available.
The fireplace in the living room creates very cozy and nice atmosphere for sitting around it and having a conversation or just watching TV.
One of the verandas has marvelous sea view over Cala Bianca and the second veranda is orientated to the yard where in very comfortable environment you can have some moments of relax enjoying the tranquility and the beauty of the nature.
Villa Sidi-Bou has one internal kitchenette with stove top and fridge and provided with all necessary utensils and cutlery and another spacious external kitchen which is very well equipped with barbeque and furnace, where different Sicilian dishes could be prepared.
Relaxing outside on the veranda or sitting at some of the benches around the kitchen you can enjoy the nice view of the maintained garden rich of different Mediterranean plants that create particular angle of paradise and emphasize the contrast with the white and blue colored house.
The outdoor swimming pool is an attractive refresh during the hot summer days.
There is a dependence for further 2 pax with private bath and can be rented upon request and quoted separately.
The whole villa spreads the scent of a Middle-East atmosphere due to the Arab style in which the house is arranged, all the elements and the furniture are chosen according Tunisian traditions. This characteristic is the charm of Villa Sidi-Bou, of Mediterranean spirit expressed in such a particular way, offering a pleasant and recreative holiday.
There is a parking lot for the autos.
The street outside the villa leads to the sea at approximately 450m. of distance and reaches a little rocky beach bathed by the crystal sea waters.

Villa Sidi-Bou è situata nel territorio di Castellammare del Golfo e sovrasta la baia di “Cala Bianca”, chiamata così dal colore della scogliera, dista circa 40 km dall’aeroporto internazionale di Palermo, 3 km. circa da Scopello, antica Cetaria rinomata un tempo per l’allestimento della tonnara, oggi molto nota per le limpide acque e i caratteristici “Faraglioni” e a 5 km. circa dalla Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, parco di inestimabile valore per la protezione della fauna e della flora marina di questi luoghi..
La Villa è organizzata su un livello pianoterra, e si accede all’interno da un soggiorno che si affaccia su due verande, vi è una camera matrimoniale con bagno con doccia in camera, una camera tripla (letto singolo più due letti a castello) e una camera con letto francese, più un bagno con doccia e lavatrice disponibile.
Nel soggiorno vi è un camino che crea un atmosfera accogliente e piacevole attorno al quale conversare o guardare la TV.
Dal soggiorno si accede su una veranda con meravigliosa vista mare orientata verso Cala Bianca e la seconda veranda dà sul cortile interno della casa, dove in un ambiente molto confortevole si può fare colazione godendo la tranquillità e la bellezza della natura.
Villa Sidi Bou ha una cucina piccola all’interno attrezzata con piano cottura e frigo ed inoltre dispone di una cucina esterna molto spaziosa e comoda, ben attrezzata con barbecue e forno, dove si possono preparare diversi piatti siciliani e assaporarli all’aperto, circondati da un’atmosfera araba dato che la costruzione e gli arredi sono scelti secondo un stile tipicamente tunisino. E proprio questo è il fascino della villa, il fascino del Mediterraneo che si esprime in un modo particolarmente raffinato e offre una vacanza rilassante e piacevole.
Riposandosi fuori sulla veranda o su una banchina dalla cucina si gode della vista di un bel giardino, curato e ricco di vegetazione tipica mediterranea che crea un angolo di paradiso e ciò sottolinea il colore bianco ed azzurro della casa e fa sorgere come un’oasi la piscina esterna rotonda che offre un piacevole rinfrescamento durante le calde giornate dell’estate..
Villa Sidi-Bou ha una dependance con 2 posti letto e bagno privato, che su richiesta può essere affittata e quantificata a parte.
Nel cortile c’è posto per parcheggiare le macchine.
La strada di accesso alla villa conduce fino al mare a soli 450m di distanza, dove si raggiunge una piccola spiaggia con scogliera e con acque limpide e trasparenti.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware.
