Villa Fotini is a brand new luxury front-line villa in Protoras / Cape Greco in a beautifully designed and gated development. Outside it has a private swimming pool and garden with chairs and sun beds for six and a gas BBQ. Relax overlooking the sea and shoreline which is ideal for snorkelling (using equipment provided in the villa). Its a 5 minute walk to a local beach or a few minutes further to Konos beach with its water sports facilities.

The villa has two double rooms (one en suite) and one twin. Cool marble floors and tables on the ground floor are complimented by comfortable leather sofas. Fotini has free high speed Wi-fi internet access, LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, Nintendo Wii console, ipod/mp3 docking stations and even a local mobile phone for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher etc. so everything you need is to hand.

Villa Fotini is located on the shoreline, on the Cape Greco side of Protoras. This area is only a few minutes drive to Protoras centre with its famous Fig Tree Bay beach, restaurants, bars and other attractions and five minutes to Agia Napa with its wide beaches and nightlife. Between these two towns is the beautiful unspoilt area of Cape Greco with stunning coastal views and walks.

The shore opposite the villa is popular with local fishermen and great for diving and snorkelling. The nearest beach is only five minutes walk away or a few minutes further in the other direction (or two minutes drive) is the popular Konos beach and the 5 star Grecian Park hotel, which provides a variety of water sports.

Youll find diving, excursions and scooter or buggy hire shops in Protoras and in Agia Napa there is a large water park and boat trips from the harbour. Lovely local restaurants are within walking distance or just a short drive from the villa, as are supermarkets and small bars.
 

Children are welcome but this is a luxury villa and the garden, which opens directly to the shoreline, is not fully fenced. For young children a cot and high chair can be provided on request.

The local satellite system provides hundreds of TV and radio channels. Wireless broadband internet access is provided for guests who have laptops and the Ipod / MP3 docking stations in the Sitting room and master bedroom can also be used with your laptop to play your own music or internet radio.

We have provided the latest Nintendo Wii games console with two wireless controllers so you can play virtual sports such as tennis, golf or bowling and other games - If you have other favourites please bring them with you.

The DVD player will play both DVDs and CDs and the MP3 speakers work with any player with a standard headphone socket.

A local pay-as-you-go mobile phone is provided for guests use whilst staying in the villa.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms are furnished in contrasting styles with designer fabrics and accessories. The linen is Egyptian cotton with anti allergy pillows and duvets. All bedrooms have air conditioning (hot and cold) and duvets are available for use in the winter.

The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool and sea, a fitted wardrobe which includes a safe for valuables and a chest of draws where you will also find a hair dryer. It has its own ensuite shower with WC and basin.

The 2nd bedroom on the front of the villa also has beautiful sea views, a large fitted wardrobe, console table and mirror.

The 3rd bedroom is a twin room but the beds can be put together to form a double if required. It also has a large fitted wardrobe, console and mirrors.

Child cots can be provided on request.

Bathrooms

The bathrooms all include luxury towels (two for each guest) and the water system is pressurised. A separate additional cloak room is located downstairs and there is also an exterior pool shower.

Weddings

This villa provides an ideal base for families organising a wedding at the nearby Grecian Park Hotel which is just a few hundred metres away. The internet and phone makes it easy to make arrangements and the villa is close to Protoras centre, Paralimni and Agia Napa. Its also only about five minutes from the Motorway to Larnaca and the other cities.

Villa Fotini has a sister villa - Villa Maroc which is just a few doors away and both villas can be booked together to accommodate up to twelve people. A discount is available for guests booking both villas.


Car Hire

Whilst there are supermarkets and shops within five to ten minutes walk of the villa hiring a car from the airport will save you a taxi and enable you to explore the area and make the most of the island, including trips to the capital Nicosia, the Trudos Mountains or the islands numerous historical, religious and archaeological sites. Car hire is quite economical -
 

The sitting room has satelite TV, a Nintendo Wii console, DVD and an Ipod dock, There is a 2nd Playstation 2 console and TV/DVD in the twin bedroom. You will find plenty of games and some snorkeling equipment is provided which can be used in the sea next to the villa. A pay as you go mobile phone is provided for your use whilst staying in the villa.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: Stayed here for 1 week, my parents are still there. This is a beautiful villa. Nice pool, cleaned twice a week, everything you could want in the kitchen and a short walk or an 8 Euro taxi into Protaras to eat. There is a supermarket at the top of the road which sells most things. For fresh meat and fish you would have to drive 10 mins into Paralimini. I would return in the future, it is peaceful, classy and well positioned. Don't miss out on the beautiful beaches and snorkelling a few mins walk from the villa.
