The Villa consists of a spacious living and dining area leading to a large wooden deck area; a fully equipped kitchen; a master bedroom suite with “outdoor” garden bathroom with modern bath/shower facilities; a guest bedroom with a unique ‘pond’ bathroom; a twin bed large bedroom and a children’s bunk bedroom with shared bathroom facilities.

All the interior furnishings are in natural tones and every piece is of the highest quality from the solid teak furniture to the natural stone finishes. The modern Balinese style is complemented by hi-tech amenities, multi-channel satellite flat screen televisions, DVD, desktop computer and wireless internet facilities. Villa Seriska has a non smoking policy and is designed to accommodate a maximum occupancy of eight.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed, 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a kettle. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cooking utensils.
