Enjoy the real Spain, where the siesta is still taken and long lazy lunches are a must and where you will still find the retired gentlemen of Monforte relaxing in the main square, watching the world go by. Monforte offers all the hustle and bustle of a small town, with shops, retaurants and cafes. There is also a small museum and medical centre. And with the local market 2 mornings a week, you can practise your Spanish. 

The property is comprised of a small terrace with seating area, a kitchen /dinning area, a comfortable lounge with a 3 seater sofa bed and a 2 seater sofa plus t.v and dvd and a freeview sky box. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom furniture whilst bedroom 2 has 2 double beds and furniture. The lounge and bedrooms have ceiling fans. In the kitchen there is a wood burner and other heaters are available during the winter months. All furniture is of a good quality and provides all the comfort you need and would expect to help you enjoy your holiday. 

We are a family who have 3 children, our house is on the same grounds as the finca available for rental. The finca is ideal for families as we have a secure property with electric gate and 3 pet dogs,adding to your families safety. We aim to provide a holiday which is different from the busy holiday resorts but without the isolation you sometimes find with secluded villas. Please ask about our rates for arrival bbq dinner and breakfast options. 

We have a lovely swimming area,which includes a heated pool. The pool has an electric cover, to help ensure your safety. Large covered dining area, covered lounge area and sun loungers. Also available for your use is a large barbeque,table tennis and pool table. Please be advised that the pool is not heated during the winter months, to allow for maintenace.

The finca comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The finca has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The finca has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. Recreational activities available with the finca include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

There is a step onto the terrace of the finca and then other than small step into bedroom hall, the property is on one level. We are happy to give futher details if required. 

The finca is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The finca is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the finca you will find climbing, golf, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the finca you will find a beach, horse riding, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
