The property enjoys a quiet situation in a small cul-de-sac, only a few hundred metres from the developments entrance. Spectacular Sea Views can be enjoyed from most areas of the house which has been furnished and equipped to the most luxurious standards. The development is ideally situated to enjoy golf and the accompanying facilities (on 2 courses), local village life and the exploration of Paphos, Limassol and surrounding Troodos mountains.

The Villa has a large (10m x 5m) private pool, fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning, ceiling fans, two bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom and is furnished to a very high standard.

The Lounge area features two sumptuous chocolate leather sofas, coffee table, widescreen T.V. with Satellite, Surround Sound and D.V.D. player. The patio windows overlook the pool area and the Paphos coastline beyond.

The kitchen has all the mod. cons you would expect including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc and a few extra touches as well like a coffee machine and juicer. Dine in style on the dark wood dining set for those relaxing evenings in.

All Three bedrooms have 3 foot wide single beds which fit together to become king size doubles, giving you total flexibility in the sleeping configuration. The Master Bedroom has an en suite with large shower cubicle and a good size balcony on which to sit and admire the stunning view.


With the gorgeous Cypriot climate most of your time will probably be spent outside. With this in mind we have spared no expense in creating a relaxing and functional garden and terrace area. The pool is a generous ten metres by five metres and is surrounded by extra patio area so that you can relax on the sun loungers, or if you prefer you can sit in the shade under the parasol or balcony.

An outside shower is provided for your convenience as is a large feature barbeque.
 

Secret Valley, is a highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned area of "Petra tou Romiou", the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. Consistently appearing as the preferred course amongst the islands visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment Secret Valley really is a must for golfing enthusiasts worldwide.

The development is conveniently situated for visits to the islands other golf courses including Aphrodite Hills which is but 2 km away and the newly refurbished Tsada (20 mins drive). The popular villages of Pissouri and Kouklia are but a few minutes drive and the main towns of Paphos and Limassol can be reached in under half an hour.

Local (not busy) Beaches can easily be reached at ‘Petra Tou Romiou’, Pissouri, Avdimou in one direction and Coral Bay and Lara in the other.

Aphrodite Hills is also home to one of the best spa’s in the whole of Paphos. Gym classes run daily and for approx €40 euros per month, you can use all facilities and take classes free of charge.

Above Secret Valley itself, lies the road to the Troodos Mountains and Cedar Valley. The route is peppered with other small but charming villages along the way. There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodites Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.
 

Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.

In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Pauls Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

Going West from Paphos, there is Coral Bay with its European Blue Flag beach, then the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, where there is then Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
