This three bedroom bungalow comes with roof terrace, private swimming pool. and air conditioning.
The Kitchen, dining and living area is of the typical mediterranean open plan style and is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, gas hob etc.

Due to previous tenants misuse of air conditioning resulting in high costs of electricity, I have had to install a meter of 2 euro denominations. This in effect is a pay as you use.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes while bed 1 has a small en-suite and double bed.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, Bedroom 3 has two single beds and both 2 & 3 look out over the pool.

Please note this property is NOT!! suitable for wheelchair use, but can be folded and kept inside until needed. 

The property is located in the small village of Liopetri about 4 and a half miles from Ayia Napa. The sea is no more than one and a half miles away and about 3 miles from the famous Nissi beach and the water park is approx 2 miles and is located in Ayia Thekla, which is between Liopetri and Ayia Napa. Liopetri is approximately 30- 40 mins from Larnaca airport where taxis are freely available although carhire is advisable.  

I personally like to mix and live amongst the locals, and what better place for this than in a village.
 

There is the usual patio furniture one would expect to find on holiday, sunloungers etc. BBQ and 2 cycles will be available for use. Large roof terrace for sunbathing. This property is NOT!! suitable for wheelchairs

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, golf, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find ...nothing specified.

Famagusta ghost town viewing point in Derynia, 10 mins from Liopetri.
