The fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops has an American style fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

In the large open plan living area there are two three seater sofas, a coffee table and a marble fireplace. The dining area has a table and seating for six. From the lounge is a study area with games and books, there is a downstairs shower room with wc and basin. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a covered terrace area with an outdoor sofa, chairs and coffee table.

The large master bedroom has a 5ft double bed, two double fitted wardrobes and a dressing table with mirror over. The large ensuite bathroom has a corner bath, separate shower cubicle and wc and basin.

The remaining two bedrooms have two single beds each, fitted wardrobes and one has a balcony.

The house bathroom has a shower over the bath, a wc and basin.

There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living area and there is central heating for the cooler winter months. The floors are all tiled and the furnishings are cool and contemporary.

Outside the pool is surrounded by a large area of non slip paving providing plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing. The pool can be heated during the winter months and has roman steps for ease of entry. There are six sun loungers, a table and six chairs, and two parasols. 

Mandria is a quiet village with two tavernas, a restaurant, two supermarkets, a bank and a bakery. The beach is within walking distance. Fifteen minutes drive away is the ancient capital of Paphos. Here you will find a variety of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. There are also larger shops and stores here.

The villa is located just ten minutes away from the airport.

The other towns of Limassol, Larnaca and Nicosia are easy to access via the recently completed motorway system. There are also pretty villages to explore.

 

Cyprus is the ideal destination for a winter holiday with over 300 days of sunshine every year. Its history stretches back over 5,000 years and the island has beautiful scenery and beaches. Whether its relaxing by the pool, enjoying the many historical sites or more active pursuits, you will never be bored. The villa is close to three excellent golf courses. A waterpark and karting are also nearby while the Troodos mountains offer hikers and cyclists a more active alternative with skiing available during some winter months. 

The swimming pool is heated during the winter months inclusive of weekly price for March, April, May (additional charge during December, January and February), and is set is a larger than average garden with mature mediterranean plants. There are two balconies, one at the front overlooking fields the other overlooking the garden and pool. Air conditioning or central heating charges are included in the cost of your holiday as is linen, bathroom and pool towels. A PS2 games consul is also provided. On arrival you will find a complimentary welcome pack.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, boat hire, golf, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding.

An indoor bowling centre, water park and go-karting track are located in Paphos.

The towns of Paphos and Limassol and easy to access by car.

Lisa says: "A beautiful villa on the edge of a wonderful village near Paphos. From the moment we received the booking details for this villa we knew we were on to a winner. The attention to detail from the owners was so amazing that even the directions from the airport had photos so you can see the roads and turnings youre looking for which was very handy as we arrived after dark. When we arrived at the villa there was a welcome pack waiting for us which included milk, bread, cereal, tea etc. Again, if you’re arriving late at night this is almost essential yet this is the only villa we’ve rented that has provided such a thing. The villa itself was pristine, very spacious and the sofas and beds were very very comfortable. If you want to see the island you probably need to hire a car but if you just want to enjoy the sunshine and the local hospitality the villa is within walking distance of the local village where there are some lovely tavernas and a mini supermarket that sells practically everything. Highly recommended. "
