The four bedrooms, the master having en-suite, are spacious and have ample wardrobe space. The lounge, kitchen and the ground floor bedroom have patio doors that lead to the covered terraces, pool and garden area.
The large private swimming pool is the centre piece of the large garden, which has a number of fruit trees. From one of the first floor bedroom terraces there are magnificent views of the surrounding landscape and the sea.

 

The village of Pera is typically Portuguese with a selection of supermarkets, cafes and bars. The livlier ressorts of Armacao De Pera and Albufeira are only a short drive away.

There are various beaches within a few minutes drive including Praia Grande, Salgados, Gale, and Armacao de Pera, and Sao Rafael.

Algarve shopping, Zoomarine, Aqualand, and Slide and Splash are less than 15 minutes drive with the Fiesa Sand Sculpture (May-October) within walking distance from the top of the village.

This villa is ideally located for those who enjoy birdlife (Salgados Nature Reserve), walking or cycling, and is on the village bus route which connects to the local towns of Armacao de Pera, and Albufeira.

The Lounge and all bedrooms offer air-conditioning, with both heating and cooling functions. The large well maintained gardens hosts a large swimming pool with sunbeds and patio furniture that is regularly maintained and inspected. A local representative is on hand 24 hrs a day.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Master Bedroom. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa has a ramp at the main gate for wheelchair access. There is a bedroom on the ground level with direct access to the garden and pool area. The ground level also has a bathroom, with WC, Bidet, Wash basin and bath with shower over.  

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
