The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms split across 2 floors and sleeps a maximum of 8 with 1 twin room and 2 double rooms (with bunk beds). The upper floor contains the 3rd bedroom, 2nd bathroom and a large rooftop solarium (Terrace). There is a fully fitted kitchen with Oven, Hob, Fridge Freezer and Washing machine. The apartment also has its own private parking space. The apartment is accessed via a marble staircase which leads up to the front door terrace. 

The rooftop solarium is 35mtrs sq and runs the whole length of the apartment and then down the side. This attracts the sun throughout the afternoon and also provides shade when things get a little too hot. There is a table, 6 chairs and sun loungers.

Guardamar, on the Costa Blanca, in Spain, is surrounded by two large and beautiful natural salt water lakes which form the "Salinas de Guardamar" and are an official Spanish Nature Reserve. These lakes attract a wide variety of bird life.

Guardamar has learned a few lessons from places like Benidorm, because youll find no high-rise skyscrapers or package holiday hotels in Guardamar and because Guardamar is orientated towards families and couples, youll find no night-time trouble with lager louts etc.

Guardarmar, is a developing tourist centre and one of the most important on the Mediterranean coast. However, youll find it is not nearly as commercialised as the Costa Blanca resorts to the north of Alicante. It still retains that special "Spanish" feel and is in a relaxed environment.

The concentration of salt and the temperature, combine to endow this area with a particularly healthy micro-climate, recommended by doctors for its beneficial properties. Bathing in the salt lagoons is also becoming popular for many medicinal reasons. The climate in Guardamar makes it an ideal location for year round holiday activities, especially if you want to fulfil that yearning for some sunshine during those dreary winter months in the UK.

On average, Guardamar enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year and an average daily temperature of 17°C. Temperatures in July and August are typically 30°C. Many people prefer the months when the weather can be near perfect in April, May, June, September, October and November. 

Cots/Cribs can be hired locally. Apart from Bedroom 1 on the top floor which has a double bed, the other 2 Bedrooms have 1 set of bunks (sleep 2) and a single bed. Although the apartment can sleep 8 people, we prefer to keep it down to 6.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double bunk beds located in the one each in Bedroom 1 & 2. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
