The Finca is situated in the outskirts of the delightful, historic town of Pollensa. In just 15 minutes walking you are at the Town center. The "Ca’n Carles" is a traditional two-storey Majorcan villa that offers ample accommodation for all the family. Local leisure: small shops, restaurants, pubs, café, internet café, cinema, museum, church, market, concerts

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 single and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. Nick says: "what a beautiful villa! The setting was perfect - just under the shadow of the mountains, in the outskirts about 500m walk from the centre of Pollensa town. The interior was good quality, though the exterior is the real feature. A well kept enclosed garden, surrounding a good pool and various covered terraces was ideal for our two families with 4 kids age 8-13. The only issues is that they suggest you need to shower before you go in the pool - very difficult in the sun with children! The town and port de pollensa locally are great family resorts - superb beaches, nice restaurants of all types and cost and surprisingly quiet at half term May 09 - maybe the euro issue! ps the getting there instructions are a bit tough to follow - we ended up calling the local agent Yolanda who was very helpful and talked us in!"
