Being on the top floor, the views are quite simply magnificent with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic. The large balcony is very roomy and benefits from a full set of chairs and table, so you can relax or dine in comfort whilst watching the glorious views of the sun setting over horizon.

Unlike lower floor or ground accommodation where air con is required, due to the apartment’s higher position, the apartment is naturally aired by the relaxing ocean breeze.
 

Palm-Mar is one of the newest resorts in the South of Tenerife. At only 10 mins from the International Airport of Reina Sofia and situated next to Los Cristianos, this Bay offers you a tranquil and green oasis, yet still close enough to the energetic night life found in Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
Palm Mar is situated between two of natures finest attractions, being a natural reserve and a mountain which create a true microclimate and gentle breeze.

The natural reserve has an area of 315 hectares where there is a variety of plants and animals native to the Canary Islands . This is a highly recommended place to go on an excursion and horse riding along beautiful spots where nature has put its distinctive touch.

Palm-Mar is also an ideal spot for golfers with 5 golf courses in the region.

A new taxi boat is soon to start operating between Palm Mar and Los Cristianos and with a new beach and marina planned this is certainly a place for the future.
 

 

The apartment has very recently had a full refurbishment by way of a repaint and most of the furniture has been replced including a new boiler, kettle, iron, new towels, bedding, quilts and double bed settee. We have also had a new gate fitted to the pool area so it is now exclusivley for the residents.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema.
