This superb Villa is set on a double sized plot with a huge sun terrace, lovely swimming pool and a small mature garden area. Set behind a private gateway with, off road parking for 2 cars, the Villa is surrounded by a traditional stone wall which offers great privacy and security. 

This peaceful location is just 5 mins walk from all amenities including the new marina which hosts a yellow submarine underwater excursion with plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants all within easy reach and an excellent supermarket with a fresh deli and butcher counters as well as many English products on sale. As well as the golf course itself, the location also boasts access to beautiful coastal walks. A car would be recommended if you wish to travel further afield or explore the island, although a short walk over to the Golf del Sur will offer more shops, restaurants, entertainment, an information office, excursions and island tours. The Amarilla Golf Club is just 1 minute walk from the villa, many island excursions are available to book from here and this is also a pick up and dro p off point for these excursions. 

There are a number of excellent restaurants and places to visit nearby, we would highly recommend:
Oasis Garlic Chicken Restaurant: This is based in Adeje either take a taxi or 10 minute drive along the TF1 motorway for this delicious family run restaurant that is very popular with the locals.
Los Abrigos: This fishing village hosts a number of fresh fish restaurants, it is just a short walk around the coastline or 5 minutes by taxi.
Las Galletas: This is another coastal village with plenty of shops, cafes and seafront bars and restaurants.
PLEASE BEAR IN MIND WHEN VENTURING OUT THAT THE LOCAL SIESTA MEANS THAT SOME SHOPS IN THE SPANISH VILLAGE AREAS WILL BE CLOSED FROM 1PM - 4PM.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Wheelchair access is easy as the villa is all on ground level, however the property itself is not actually equipped with disabled facilities. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

It met our expectations very much so- the pictures on the website doesnt do the property and the views across the golf course justice, there should be new pictures put onto the website and im sure this property will be booked up year round like many others are on your website!
