A luxurious 2 storey village house, equipped to a high standard. The property consists of a good size lounge / diner with a balcony overlooking the sea. Equipped with satellite TV in several languages. DVD player. Dining table for 6 persons. Well appointed kitchen. 3 ensuite bedrooms, 2 of which can be made up as either twins or double. A third bedroom, also double or twin, with shower room / toilet next door, is on the upper floor. Air conditioning keeps the property cool in summer and warm in winter. Car parking is either in the integral gargae or in the car port of the property. The communal pool is within beautifully landscaped gardens. 

If the two 2 bedroom properties Casa Mimosa number 30157 and Casa Jardim number 25194 are unavailable, the owner will lock one bedroom of 56288 and reduce the prices to those of the above 2 properties in the same village.

The village house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.
