A newly built 3 storey villa on a quiet gated community in the Aitana Mountains. Ideally suited for those who like to choose when to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Benidorm and when to relax quietly.

On the ground floor can be found a well equipped kitchen with utility area, a cloakroom and a large lounge/diner. Through the patio doors can be found an enclosed, private, fully paved, south facing garden. Sit and enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun reflect beautiful colours on the mountains.
Up the marble staircase from the lounge leads to three good sized bedrooms and a family shower room. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes and are well furnished to include T.V. in the master and one of the twin rooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom including a shower over the bath. A small balcony is attached to this bedroom.
Up a further flight of marble stairs finds the games room and main balcony. The games room is equipped with a 6¡¦x3¡¦ Pool Table/Table Tennis/Slide Hockey. There is also Table Football and Darts. The room is nicely furnished and has patio doors leading out to the main balcony. Terrific views of the mountains and local football pitch can be seen from here. The local team use the pitch on Wednesday evenings for practice and on Sundays for matches and you can see it all completely free of charge!!
The top floor and ground floor terraces have sun awnings. Most windows and patio doors have mosquito screens.
Outside, the villa has covered off-road parking for one car at the front. Palm trees surround the swimming pool which is 100yards from the property and offers a toilet/changing area.
 

Relleu is a very picturesque village in the Aitana Mountains and although has some new developments, retains the charm and character of traditional Spain. Quaint shops, castle ruins and a beautiful church can be found just a few minutes walk from the villa and the local people are very friendly even though they may not all speak English. Most everyday items can be purchased in the small variety of shops. Bars and restaurants serve very good, reasonably priced meals, some traditional Spanish and others for the less adventurous.
Although Relleu has most things you could need, it is essential that you have your own transport if you wish to travel further afield. A popular area for cyclists and walkers, Relleu has something for most but perhaps you fancy seeing a show or visiting a nightclub, even just a day relaxing on the beach? Villa Joyosa and the bustling city of Benidorm are a few minutes drive from the villa. Here you can shop, dine and dance until you cant shop, dine or dance anymore.

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, shopping areas.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, golf, tennis, a zoo, a themepark.

DENNIS says: "FIRST SHOCK , NO TOWELS WERE SUPPLIED THEN WE FOUND THE OVEN DID NOT HAVE ANY SHELVES AND AS THIS WAS SELF CATERING IT MADE COOKING A BIT OF A PROBLEM. THERE WAS ENOUGH FLUFF UNDER THE BEDS TO STUFF A PILLOW THIS AFTER BEING MADE TO PAY £80 EXTRA FOR CLEANING. THE AVERAGE ON THE COMPLEX WAS UNDER HALF THIS.. THE NEXT DOOR HAD A DOG THAT BARKED LOUDLY EARLY MORNING AND WHEN THEY WENT OUT. THE AIR CON WORKED WELL BUT WE HAD TO PAY £60 EXTRA TO USE IT ,PEOPLE LIVING ON THE COMPLEX SAID THAT WAS WAY OVER THE TOP.THE GAMES ROOM HAD A GOOD POOL TABLE AND AIR HOCKY BUT THE TABLE TENNIS AND DARTS WERE A JOKE, OTHERWISE THE VILLA WAS VERY NICE EXCEPT FOR THE SHOWER WHICH WAS MADE FOR VERY THIN PEOPLE.,ALL THIS COST US OVER £1000 POUNDS PLUS FLIGHTS!!"
