This rental chalet is located between the ski village of Sankt Lorenzen and the historic town of Murau which lies within the province of Styria Austria. The region is primarily known for its many lakes as well as the majestic Hohe Tauern mountain range. With skiing between 1700m and 2200m it boasts some of Austria’s most snow sure skiing yet also benefits from over 200 days sunshine a year, making it a truly dual season resort.

Main Living Area:- This is open plan leading into the Kitchen and a large Winter Garden (Conservatory) with views towards the Kreischberg Ski Slopes and Mountains. There are two doors leading onto the Terrace where a large Hot Tub overlooks a Small Stream running down from the Mountains. There are windows on on all three sides of the living/dining area. Large corner sofa, Satellite TV, DVD Player and a supply of DVDs.
Upstairs:
4 Bedrooms, 4 Double beds and 1 Single sleeping a total of 9 people in comfort. Each Bedroom leads onto a traditional style balcony that face both the front and rear of the property. The front balcony having views over a Small Lake and the Ski Slopes. The rear with views over fields and a Small Stream.
Bathroom with Jacuzzi Bath and Bidet.
Heating:
The chalet has a feature gas fire which heats the whole chalet and gives instant heat the downstairs shower room and the Winter Garden areas have underfloor heating with individual thermostats and there are electric heaters in all bedrooms and both bathrooms.
Outside:
There is a large decked terrace area. There is 2 car parking spaces.  

Jacuzzi Hot Tub on Terraced Area. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a single bed thus the room accommodates 3 people. There are 2 balconies-one at the front facing the ski slopes and the lake and one at the rear facing open fields and a small stream. Each of the 4 bedrooms have access to the 2 balconies.

The ski chalet comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the A single bed is in one of the larger bedrooms.. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The ski chalet has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The ski chalet has a sauna.

The ski chalet has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 9 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The ski chalet is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The ski chalet is right beside walking, cycling.

Close to the ski chalet you will find swimming, mountain biking, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the ski chalet you will find fishing.

White-water rafting along the River Mur. Summer tobogganing 3 ski lifts operating in the summer.
