The chalet is newly built in a hamlet of 40 holiday chalets. It is quiet and the perfect place for a relaxing holiday overlooking the valley. It is perfect for children and ideal if you are planning to holiday with another family.

The property is located in the middle of the picturesque Murer Valley which is a ski area made up of many resorts. The apartments 10 mins by car to the resort ski lifts where you just park and get on the lift. No walking carrying skis and boots.

There are a number of ski regions in the area, nearest, Kreisberg 10 mins, Turracher Hohe, 20 mins and Obertaurn 30 mins.

 

The spacious chalet contains 4 bedrooms has a very large lounge with dinning area with all mod cons including microwave and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The chalet has a large living area with a corner sofa and plenty of lounge chairs, gas log effect fire, sky TV and DVD player.

There is a balcony or wooden terrace also to sit out on and enjoy.

There are four bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 2 with a double and single bed. Sleeps 10 comfortably and you also have a pull out double sofa bed if needed.

Everything is provided from bedlinen and towels to every kind of cooking and baking utensil if thats your kind of thing!

 

If you dont like cooking or baking just walk or drive to any of the many restaurants in the area or enjoy the lovely restaurants on the slopes and then just go home and relax with a DVD or a suana.

Sking, swimming, walking, cycling, golf, whatever the season there is plenty to do! 

The ski chalet comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Area. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The ski chalet has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The ski chalet has a sauna.

The ski chalet has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this ski chalet.

Pets are not welcome

The ski chalet is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The ski chalet is right beside walking, cycling.

Close to the ski chalet you will find swimming, mountain biking, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, golf, tennis, a sports center, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

"We stayed at Chalet Fantastica for a week in February 2008. We were a party of 9 and we had an absolutely fabulous time. The Chalet was fantastic, extremely comfortable, spacious, clean and had absolutely everything we could have needed. There was plenty of room for all and every one of us had a great holiday... we would highly recommend!"
