Set around the complex are a selection of shops, supermarkets, two tennis courts, a bank, a roast chicken take-away and numerous family friendly bars and restaurants of every nationality.Also for a small charge the use of the leisure club nearby, with indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium.The facilities consist of a huge ornate swimming pool, which runs the length of the entire complex. The pool is maintained daily. There are sun-beds placed around the pool for your use during the peak seasons. In addition sun-beds are held in each of the properties.There is also a separate children’s pool and play area, all surrounded by sun terraces, gardens and a large fountain.The long sandy beach is just a 5-minute stroll away - it stretches for miles and is never crowded. This area is also a designated nature reserve and an award winning blue flag beach.A new promenade leads you along the beach and into the quaint fishing town of Garrucha. This town is alive with activities.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
