The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

With the exception of the rooftop patio the property is all on one level - small step up to the bedrooms. Please note there are no wheelchair ramps to the property, however, there is clear access without any steps or lifts and the patio doors fold back fully. 

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing patio area (with heater), a east facing balcony, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, cycling, mountain biking, golf, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
