Access to the apartment is via its own bridge and security over the canal taking you onto the Island. Entry to the apartment is by videophone with twenty-four hour security both on the Island and in the resort.There is also secure underground parking. There is a lift that services both the apartment and the garage.

There is no need to drive as it is only approximately minutes to walk to the beach, the main port of Sotogrande and the New Sotogrande Blue shopping centre (opening Easter 2009 )where a variety of restaurants,bars, banks and shops can be found.There are also the beach clubs, siling, water sports, bikehireand tennis all within 10 -15 minutes walk. Horse riding is also available on the estate.


 

Sotogrande is a country estate of over 4000 acres, which is regarded as being one of Spain’s most prestigious resorts.

It is renowned for its Polo and some of the best Golf courses in Europe.

The apartment is on its own Island in the marina overlooking the water. It has a private southwest garden with private swimming pool with both covered & uncovered patios with external lighting.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

There is a ramp to the front entrance of the apartment block. Lift from garage and ground floor to apartment. Corridors, and apartment wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs. Access to garden and covered patio is via patio doors which has no step.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving.

Close to the apartment you will find a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Polo fields less than 10 minutes. Skiing in Sierra Nevada 2.5 hours. Kite surfing in Terifa.
