The villa is next or near to some of the best beaches - some a short walk away - and sea in Cyprus, whether almost white, sandy, beaches or small coves surrounded by rocks and turquoise sea. Almost every imaginable sea sport is available within minutes; for example, one can take scuba diving classes right in a fabulous sea only 15-20 mins walk away. For a beach-lover and sea sports enthusiast, a car is not at all required; for extending one's range beyond the area it is advisable. 

Situated in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac with no bar, pub, disco etc in range of one's ears, the house is in the quietest part of it - for those who want to relax, listen to music, sit on the verandah or in the garden and sip their brandy sour; but - want all the facilities of a busy centre? Then Protaras resort is only a 15 - 20 min walk round the corner, for a variety of restaurants with either local cuisine (tavernas) or Chinese etc, for clubs and discos, or for pubs with massive televisions for live satellite football so you do not miss those vital games! Or fully stocked nearby supermarkets and the villa's completely equipped kitchen can allow home lovers to cater for themselves at any time, in any way. 

A car port and safe off-road parking mean that the option of a hired car can take one via modern motor-road links to other parts of the island, whether quaint, traditional mountain villages and medieval churches or historic towns and sites, such as Roman amphitheatres. If one tires of sea sports, then golf is available within a half hour's drive.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a east facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, tennis, scuba diving, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Ann says: "The main complaint I had about this Villa was the uncomfortable beds, not only were they very basic and inexpensive but had been badly arranged which resulted in numerous bumps and bruises when trying to use wardrobes etc. Also bedding mainly made up of fleecy sheets, much too warm. Otherwise, the location, living accomodation, were very good with excellent kitchen facilities and outside area."
