A spacious apartment 2 mins walk to nearby complex of shops, bars and restaurants. 15 minutes by car from Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Nearest Golf Course is just ‘across the road!
You access the apartment by going up a few steps. The apartment sleeps 6 people, has a new fully equipped kitchen (with oven and microwave) , washing machine, LCD TV and has ceiling fans. The fenced balcony overlooks the pool and has sea views.
We have had many guests who have given us great feedback and some of these are in the reviews section of this site. It will be even better now with the new kitchen !


 

Lounge
This is a nice bright spacious contemporary room with large corner sofa which converts to a sofa/bed (sleeps 2). 32" LCD TV connected to cable box, DVD player and video player. Ceiling fan and doors to the balcony.

Kitchen
White kitchen. 4 ring hob, oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, combination microwave/grill/oven, fridge. All crockery and utensils are provided.

Shower-room
Nice square chrome shower cubicle, sink/vanity unit, illuminated mirror, toilet

Bedroom 1
2 single beds, bedside drawer unit, chest of drawers, full length pinewood fitted double wardrobe, ceiling fan, wall mounted lights.

Bedroom 2
1 double bed, sliding double wardrobe, bedside cabinet, ceiling fan, wall mounted lights

Balcony
French doors from the lounge open onto the fenced balcony which overlooks the pool and has nice sea views. On the balcony are 4 patio chairs, a table and 2 sun loungers


 

The complex has a nice size adult size swimming pool which is cleaned every day. There is also a small childrens area to the pool.
Around the pool are showers and lots of chairs and sun loungers.
Access to the pool is through locked gates (a key is left in the apartment for access if required)

Security
The complex has security guards who patrol the complex.

Property Management
We manage the property ourselves but our daughter lives in Amarilla Golf (5 minutes away) and can provide assistance if required.






 

The apartment is in a premier location in Sand Club with both ocean and pool views. The balcony is fenced so is quite safe. The sun comes onto the balcony in the morning and this makes the apartment nice and bright. There is easy access to the communal pool around which there are lots of sunbeds and chairs.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking apartment

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find sailing, fishing, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, historic sites, a themepark.

hiking/dolphin watching/zoo/tropical gardens/camel rides/quad biking/go karting/water park

There is so much to do within 45 minutes -- it only takes 2 hours to go round the whole island !!
