I fell in love with this development on first site for the privacy of the pool area and the roof terrace and the fact that it provided the perfect setting to really relax and spend time with friends and family in complete privacy. I have been to so many beautiful but overlooked villas that lacked the wow factor.The pool area lit up by night is heaven on earth and you can enjoy BBQs, relaxing, drinks, a book in complete peace with the kids in bed beside you. The on site restaurant and bar is very relaxing. We have two identical villas so check 56089 if this one is booked 

If you wish to get out and about a car is the handiest method and usually if you book when booking flights it is cheapest. Driving is easy and mostly its coast road with few junctions. If you dont drive the guy at the gate will call you a taxi for anything. I will not go through individual restaurants as a booklet is provided in the villa but there are plenty lovely Spanish/Italian/Thai/Chinese etc etc. My own favourite is looking into the sea or a BBQ on the roof where you are one minute from bed when you feel tired... 

Pick up a copy of the Fuerteventura Gazette when you get there to get all the info on activities. Beach bums will just love the vast vast beaches and the dunes are to die for too. Golf, surfing, tennis etc etc also available.

FROM THE ROOF TERRACE YOU CAN ENJOY 360 DEGREE VIEWS WHILE RELAXING ON THE SUN LOUNGERS OR CHILLING OUT IN THE JACUZZI OR ENJOYING A MEAL. SINK AND PLASTIC CROCKERY IS ALSO PROVIDED UPSTAIRS TO MAKE BBQS CONVENIENT.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, golf, historic sites, a theatre/cinema.

Olympic sized pool a 3 minute walk from the development.Dune buggies on vast sand dunes are great.

Shoppers: trip to Las Rotundas in Rosario is a must.
