Armonia Exclusive Resort is so perfectly located - whether you want to relax on the terrace or by the pool, lay on the beach, swim in the warm sea or whether you would like to try one of the many activities here. You can be as active as you want with watersports, quad-biking all available nearby. There are also numerous bars within walking distance of the apartment-youll have plenty to choose from.

The closet beach to the apartment is Firemans Cove. It is about 20 minutesfrom the apartment and is great for sunbathing and swimming. There is also stunning walks along the coastline to a number of beaches and coves.

Enjoy the exclusive area of Kapparis, a suburb of Protaras. This area is developing quickly. Here you’ll find great tavernas and also some very chic little restaurants. Pernera is adjacent to Kapparis, and also offers a great selection of bars and restaurants all at very affordable prices.

Paralimini is authentic Cyrpus, with locals going about life much as they have for centuries. The old square is home to a host of chic cafes. There is also a choice of bars and beautiful boutiques. In the centre of the town lies a beautiful catholic church and an array of fountains.

Within five minutes drive from the apartment is Protaras. This is a great family resort including plenty of restaurants and nightlife. Watersports and bike hire are available from here.

Ayia Napa is only 15 minutes away by car. Famous for its clubbing Ayia Nnapa is also very family friendly. Although if you do fancy clubbing, this is the place to come - head for the strip to get a cab. A huge water park is also situated here and is a must for all the family.

20 minutes by car is Cape Greco - a local nature reserve, worth a visit for a stroll in the afternoon on the beach.Potamas Bay is round the bay past Cape Greko. The bay is just gorgeous, the beach here is miles of white sand. There is also a small fishing lane where you can watch the locals bring in the catch of the day. The traditional fish restaurant here is a great place to sit and eat the freshest of fish with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.


 

Kapparis is approximately 40 minutes drive from Larnaca airport and 2.5 hours from Paphos.

Taxis are available but I would recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay, for the cost of a two way taxi journey will almost off set the price of renting a car for a week, whereby guests will be able to make the most of their holidays.

The journey itself is incredibly easy, the airport is located next to the main A3 motorway linking Larnaca to the eastern side of the island, and ends at Ayia napa, from here Kapparis is approximately 10km.

Transport to and from the airport can be arranged for an additional charge if required.

 

The interior will be finished to an extremely high standard when completed in March 2009.

The main lounge will have two sofas, with one of them turning into a bed, therefore the apartment can easily accommodate 6 people. The apartment will include a Flat screen TV, CD player and is full air conditioned in the lounge and both bedrooms.

The main bedroom will have a double bed with built in wardrobes and the second bedroom will have two single beds which can be pushed together if required and will also have a built in wardrobe. A baby travel cot is also available on request for an additional charge.

The kitchen will be fully equipped with everything you would expect such as Fridge Freezer, washing machine and a microwave and is finished with granite worktops to compliment the high standard of this complex.

The apartment has a large veranda (26m2) which has a fantastic view overlooking the pool and has sea views. The veranda will also have high quality table and chairs to allow you to enjoy the Cyprus sun during the day or the warm evenings.

 

The development benefits from a large communal pool, with another smaller pool perfect for the children with showers and WC. The complex also boasts a pool bar so you will be able to have a refreshing drink while lazing by the pool. It also has its own gym, sauna and children can have fun in the playground and playroom - Access is available to all residents staying at Armonia. The resort has got landscaped gardens and each apartment will have its own private parking space

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. The apartment has a sauna.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a home gym.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Katie says: "We had a fantastic holiday and the apartment and resort were excellent. The apartment has been finished to such a high standard and has everything you need for a comfortable self catering holiday. It is very spacious for a family and more than adequate for a couple.The pool area is gorgeous and was wonderfully peaceful. Would suggest hiring transport as it is a little far to walk to restaurants in the heat (only 5 mins in car), but the location is well worth it! The transfers were a doddle. We will definitely be going back and fell in love with the apartment and resort! "
