A 10 minute drive from Competa, Finca Algarroba is perfect for that peaceful retreat while still having amenities on your doorstep. Equipped with outside terrace, pool with breathtaking views, digital TV, washing machine, fireplace and much more Finca Algarrobo has everything to ensure your holiday needs are fulfilled
 

The Finca is situated at one of the entrances to the Sierra Almijara Nature Park. It is close to dramatic scenary and is seculded without being isolated, as the Torrox - Competa road to the coast is only 600 meters from the property. This means that there is no driving for miles over dirt tracks so common in the area. .
There are two professional golf courses within a short driving distance. One of the best kept secrets is the all year round climate. This most southerly part of Spain between the mountains and the sea, is said to have the best climate in Europe. It is possible, for example, to sit on the beach enjoying the sun in Winter (perhaps after golf at the new 18 hole course at nearby Algarrobo) and three hours later you can be in deep snow at the ski resort in the Sierra Nevada - Sol y Nieve with ski runs up to 3,000 metres. 

There is a local bar and restraurant within walking distance. The local towns of Competa and Torrox are still intrinsically Spanish in culture and bursting with local life. There are bars and restraurants as well as fiestas every week in summer. Nerja and the coast have a wide selection of activities from water sports to night life. The whole area is rich in the heritage of the Moors, especially the nearby cities of Sevilla, Granada, Cadiz and Cordoba

 

The finca comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
