very comfortable country cottage, renovated to a very high standard in 2007. cottage is warm and comfortable even in the most extreme weather , which can get extreme in the depths of winter. if quiet location in lovely surrounding countryside is what you are after then this property right on the southern upland way, is a must.

The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The cottage has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the cottage include table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
