The beautiful beaches of Alvor and Praia da Rocha are located only 5 km away and these lovely resorts have plenty of restaurants/bars and shopping. The town of Lagos is a 20 km drive and well worth the visit with a great atmosphere and lots of activity. The local villages and country side are easy to explore and many hidden gems can be found.
