Pleasant flat in small rural development
I bought two flats as an investment, but fell in love with the area and the friendly people, now I visit as often as I can!
This is a comfortably furnished two bedroom flat , with a large living room with an excellently equipped kitchen area one end a dining alcove, bathroom with shower, and a balcony with table and 5 rattan easy chairs, looking over the large pool to the green nature reserve hill beyond . It has everything to make it a home from home, including books, games, TV, lots of cupboard space (and hangers!) and a friendly store the other side of the garden, where you can buy food, meals (to eat there or take home), massage, use the internet, play darts etc etc. We are on the cool breezy top floor at the quiet end of two semicircles of low flats surrounding gardens and pool, near sea, golf and riding, and historic Tetouin but half a mile from the busy coast road.

Secret Morocco
The warm smiling Mediteranean coast is where Moroccans from the hot south and Europe choose to holiday above all else- the Kings summer palace is ten minutes drive from here -however Europeans have not learnt the secret of the golden beaches and low key development only 14 km from Spain. Tangier and Tetouin have unchanged medinas where you enter a culture of centuries ago ( we can recomend an excellent guide), yet the roads and our plumbing are modern and there is an excellent golf course a few minutes away.
Family , Culture and Nature
Families will love the security of the gated complex and large shallow pool section with life guard, where children can make friends and play. The water park, camel rides and warm low waves of the Med are a few minutes drive, the huge Ceuta aquapark, duty free shopping, night life and fascinating Spanish architecture and museums half an hour away.
A large supermarket is ten minutes drive but fresh food and newly caught fish in the MDiq market is fun to bargain for. Watch for 400 species of migrating birds crossing from Africa to Europe in season, trek in the beautiful mountains or take a midnight ride on the beaches from the excellent stables nearby. There is a choice of restaurants you can walk or drive to and Moroccan food is delicious.

Tetouins unspoilt World Heritage medina is a step into another world. The Med sea is warm (unlike the cold windy atlantic coast) with endless wide golden beaches.
